A classic Albert chain crafted in 15 karat gold, circa 1900, with a classic dog clip fob clasp. Each curb link is individually stamped “625,” indicating 15k purity, a detail often seen in British chains of the period.
Substantial without being overly heavy, the chain has a smooth, fluid drape typical of well-made Albert links. A versatile antique piece that can be worn alone or adapted with a pendant or fob.
The chain measures 16 1/3 inches long.
