Shipping policy

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders.

Orders under $500 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Orders over $500 are shipped via FedEx Overnight and require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

All shipments are fully insured, and we take great care in packaging each piece to reflect the quality and significance of your purchase.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with filing an insurance claim.
