Refund policy

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for eligible items. To initiate a return, please contact us at hana@hanakaneko.com with your order number and reason for return. Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags included.

Please note:

• Custom pieces, including made-to-order items, special requests, and any item that has been sized, altered, or modified, are final sale and not eligible for return.

• We will provide a pre-paid, insured return shipping label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. The shipping cost varies based on the value of the item, as all returns are shipped fully insured for your protection.
  

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
