This exquisite 18 karat gold pendant captures the dreamlike beauty of the Art Nouveau era, circa 1900. A serene female figure gazes toward a diamond-set star, reflecting the period’s fascination with the feminine form, nature, and celestial symbolism.
The star, a popular motif of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, was often associated with guidance, inspiration, and destiny. It is set with an old European cut diamond weighing approximately 0.08 carat, graded G-H color, SI clarity. This wearable piece of art is marked 18k and in incredible condition for its age. It measures 1 1/4 inches long, including the bail, and just under 1 inch wide.
