This Art Deco solitaire ring from the 1920s features an old European cut diamond weighing approximately 0.70 carat, graded I color and SI2–I1 clarity. The diamond is set in a platinum mount with hand engraved shoulders and subtle milgrain detailing. The ring has been tested for platinum purity.

During the 1920s, platinum became the preferred metal for diamond jewelry, prized for its strength and ability to hold stones securely while allowing for delicate, detailed craftsmanship. The old European cut, with its deep proportions and open culet, captures light with a soft, romantic brilliance distinct from modern cuts. This elegant solitaire reflects the understated sophistication that defined the early Art Deco era.

US ring size 6.25, cannot be resized.

Please note that all pieces offered are genuine antique and vintage and have been left in their original, unaltered condition to preserve their historical integrity.
